Our company, utilizing unique plants native to our country as resources, has achieved industrial production of highly pure CHA (>99%) through years of dedicated professional research and experimentation. This was previously only possible in small quantities in laboratories internationally. This represents a significant technological innovation and lays the foundation for the practical application of CHA. Currently, our refined extraction technology and its research and application in the pharmaceutical field remain at the world's advanced level and are protected by independent intellectual property rights.
The application of CHA (pharmaceutical grade) in the pharmaceutical field has opened up the prospect of our country's original new drugs going global and can serve as a model in the field of innovative drugs. In May 2003, our company was approved as a "High-tech Enterprise" by the Science and Technology Department of Sichuan Province. In December 2003, the industrialized production process of high-purity CHA passed the pilot appraisal conducted by the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Chemical Industry Association. In 2004, it was included in the Sichuan Provincial Torch Plan by the Science and Technology Department, and in 2005, it was listed in the National Torch Plan by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Our unit was the first to technologically break through the bottleneck of extracting high-purity CHA at the kilogram level. Due to the ease of oxidation of CHA and the difficulty of industrial production, the high-purity CHA extraction technology currently mastered by developed countries such as Europe, America, and Japan is only at the gram level, making it impossible to obtain large quantities of high-purity CHA for systematic pharmacodynamic, pharmacological, toxicological, and pharmacokinetic studies. As a result, research on CHA has remained at a superficial in vitro testing stage, unable to conduct systematic and in-depth research. Therefore, there have been no literature reports on the development and in vivo experiments of high-purity CHA as a drug. At the same time, this has laid a solid material foundation for us to build upon the theories of Western developed countries and conduct in-depth practical research, making the research and development of CHA as an anti-tumor drug possible.
